Gut health 101

Many inflammatory foods can cause gut permeability which can lead to GI discomfort, indigestion, GERD, IBS, brain fog, weight management struggles and more! Endotoxins that live in the gut have been known to cross the blood brain barrier and have even been linked to alzheimer’s and other nuero degenerative diseases. If enhancing cognition and overall health is of interest to you, healing your gut is a great first step.
